Return & Refund Policy – Zu Zu

At Zu Zu, we want you to have the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
1.2 To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, groceries, flowers).

  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, opened skincare).

  • Digital goods, gift cards, and downloadable software.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

3.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
3.2 We may request photos or videos of the item to verify the issue.
3.3 Once approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement of the same product, OR

  • A full refund, OR

  • Store credit (depending on your preference).


4. Refund Process

4.1 Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
4.2 Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4.3 If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred to your provided bank/mobile wallet.


5. Exchange Policy

5.1 We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
5.2 Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Return Shipping

6.1 Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items unless the return is due to a damaged/defective/incorrect product.
6.2 In cases of defective or wrong items, Zu Zu will cover the return shipping cost.


7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
7.2 Once an order is shipped, it must follow the return process described above.
